I will send out some meet tips for State Champs next week. Don't forget to sign up to volunteer!! We still have some open spots.

Below is our March Schedule. There are still some unknowns so please look over this carefully. I will post on our website as well as on our Facebook group.

April clinic is set for dates and days (see below). First come basis and we will limit our numbers due to a lower coach to swimmer rato. Turns, Starts, and Technique will be worked on during this time. More specific information and link to sign up to come.

March Schedule is as Follows:

March 5th: Everyone is off this day! Even Zone swimmers!

March 6th-9th

Those who did not make Zones and Wave swimmers who DO NOT want to swim at the Wave ONLY Champs, are off this week. Relax! Enjoy your time away from ANY pool related activities. Only Zone swimmers and Wave swimmers (who want to attend Wave ONLY Champs on Saturday March 10th) will swim this week.

Gold Zone Swimmers: 4:30-6pm Tuesday-Friday. & Saturday March 10th: 3-4pm (or an agreed upon time)

*Silver Zone Swimmers: 5:30-6:30pm Tuesday-Friday

Wave 1&2 Swimmers: 6-6:45pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

*NOTE: schedule subject to change. Silver Zone practice (5:30-6:30pm) is subject to cancellation. We will determine this on Monday March 5th and will let qualifiers know.

Week of March 12th-16th

Tuesday March 13th & Thursday March 15th: Open to ALL swimmers as follows: 9&Overs: 6-6:45pm

8 &Unders & Wave Swimmers: 6:45-7:30pm

March 20th, 22nd & 23rd Tuesday & Thursday March 20th & 22nd. ALL Tsunami Swimmers including Wave are welcome to attend. We will offer a mini-stroke clinic with starts and turns. 9&Overs: 5-5:45pm 8&Unders: 5:45-6:30pm Mark your calendars and ask off of work for Friday March 23rd 5:30-6:30pm Our 2nd annual Bring your Parents to Swim Practice Day! Parents, no matter what your ability level is, come show your swimmer(s) what you got! And swimmers, lets show your parents what you guys do in practice most days! Tsunami Coaches will put you and your swimmer(s) through a light workout. This is some wonderful parent-child bonding time and we had a blast last year! 5:30-6:30pm. Saturday March 24th is our Year-end Banquet! 5-11pm St. Albert the Great School Gym. More details to come! April-May Stay Wet Clinic We will offer a twice a week clinic beginning the week of April 9th and lasting 7 weeks until the week of May21st. Tuesday/Wednesday We will offer two time slots based upon age. Time slots are limited in space. Slot 1: 4:30-5:30pm. Slot 2: 5:30-6:40pm. More specific information to come as well as link to sign up.
