Happy New Year Tsunami Family!

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break. We are ready to rock and roll tomorrow! ONLY 60 DAYS LEFT TO OUR SEASON!! The time to buckle down and focus on swimming is now. Good habits OUT of the water translate to good habits IN the water (i.e. diet, sleep)

**The coaching staff is asking that swimmers make every effort to attend as many practices as possible between now and March 1st.

For Today, we have an optional 11&over only practice from 4:30-5:30pm.

ALL practice groups will resume practices on Wednesday Jan. 3rd as normally scheduled. Wave 1&2 may come Wed and Thursday this week.

3 IMPORTANT Updates.....PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1. 12&Under Championship is Sunday Jan. 14th. Entries are DUE BY THIS SUNDAY JAN. 7th @ NOON!! We have an opportunity to win the best 12&Unders in the league!! We are asking that every available 12Under to be at this meet!! Medley relays and Free relays will be swam at this meet! We have 60 signed up thus far.
2. As I had indicated, we have a tri-meet on January 27th with the Paris YMCA. As of now, we have 11 signed up. Max number of swimmers is 50! Anyone who needs this meet as one of their three for State Championships in March, please sign-up. I should have more details soon but the events should be the same as Champs.
3. Attached is the information on the Hotels that the parent committee has reserved for the team for State Championships in March. These hotels are at a reduced rate and the cut-off dates are indicated on the document. I encouraged you to reserve your room sooner rather than later. Coaches are staying at the Hampton Inn. We are within the same vicinity and we are looking into scheduling a team dinner on Saturday of State Champs at a restaurant. More details to follow.
