Swim Season 2023-2024 Registration
Hey Everyone,
As you hopefully saw the email that came out a few days ago the Northeast Family YMCA and Oldham County YMCA will be having separate swim teams. Both swim teams will be offering the same program structure, pricing and participation is the KYCSL swim league. Both teams will have separate website platforms for team communication. We are working hard to get Oldham County’s Swimtopia site activated. In the meantime, we will continue to use the Tsunami page for all swim team communications.
Registration for Both Swim Teams will open in Daxko on Friday July 14, 2023. In order to provide each returning family an equal opportunity for team registration, please read the following:
- All swimmers who wish to participate must register for the team of their choosing AND an Evaluation date. Daxko links will be provided soon.
- You do not have to be a member to register, however this will be a requirement in the future to complete your swimmer’s registration process.
- Registration will be on first come first serve basis.
- When max capacity is reached participants have the opportunity to be on the waitlist
- Swimmers can move off the waitlist when space becomes available and this is first come first serve.
- If a team acquires a waitlist, the Coaches and Directors will be able to know more about your swimmer’s opportunity to move off the waitlist, after all evaluations have taken place.
- If you are on a waitlist, we encourage you to register for an evaluation date, for a faster process in completing your swimmer’s registration.
- All swimmers must be evaluated to complete the registration process to participate on the swim team of their choosing.
- Registration DOES NOT confirm a swimmer’s spot on the team if they are unable to fulfill the swim requirements.
