Hey there Team,

We wanted to let you all know that our very own Coach Cavan has unfortunately tested positive for Covid.  He is following the CDC and Dr. issued  protocols by quarantining and will be back upon the results of a negative test.  The good news is that he has not experienced any symptoms and he also was not  in close contact with any swimmers or coaches as we've all stayed masked and distant.  To ease anyone's minds, I myself have just recently received a negative test result.  Let's send our best to Coach Cavan and all stay safe! We've got a State title to train for!!
