Attached you will find the form for Tsunami spirit wear! This is separate from team shirts (which are on the way).  All proceeds go back to the swim team!  Please have your order forms to either myself or Jamie Sullivan by October 14th.  

You may also find the form on our website under the tab "Spirit Wear" or I will have copies of the forms if you want to fill it out as your kids swim.
